Frequently Asked Questions
I order the wrong size, can I change this?
Yes you can, but you have to be swift. Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately we cannot change the order anymore. So if you need a change of size, contact our support team ASAP via email@example.com. Do not forget to mention your order number when contacting our support team.
I used the wrong address.
As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this in our back end system. Please mail us the correct address and your order number via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of it.
Once your order is shipped out (you will receive confirmation that your order is complete), it is out of our hands. If that is the case, you need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.
I would like to try-on a item, do you have a store?
Panaprium products are available exclusively online, and we do not operate any physical stores at the moment. If you have any questions about finding the correct fit, please email us at email@example.com and we will help you out!
I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
As soon as your order is placed, we begin processing it so it ships out as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this means we cannot make changes to an order or cancel it once it has been submitted, even before it has shipped.
I want to return my item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We cannot accept returns with that inquiry as we start the creation process with your order.
- The item(s) have been worn or washed.
- The item(s) have been altered in any way.
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault.
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item.

What are your leggings made of?
Our leggings are made of 80% polyester and 20% spandex. They come with an elastic waistband and all our seams are double stitched so you LITERALLY can not tear them apart.
What sizes do you have?
We currently offer sizes from XS to 4XL. Every product page has a clear sizing table in the description underneath the Add To Cart Button. Please refer to our sizing guide to find your perfect fit.
Can I contact you by phone?
Currently we run all our support digitally. Therefor there is no need for us to have a phone number to run support through. Our systems are pretty streamlined and we thrive to answer your questions in a timely matter.
Where are your items made?
We have several factories. In the USA and in Europe.
Why is everything priced in dollars?
Although we ship worldwide, your order will be processed in the USA. Your credit card company or PayPal will simply use your own currency at check out.
Why is the pricing on the high end?
We pride ourselves on quality. We also love that you will have a Limited Edition item. Our items can only be bought on our store and nowhere else! Besides that, we work with the best sewers, artists, designers and entrepreneurs in the world. You cannot break the seams of our leggings even if you tried.
All our items are hand made! We print, cut and sew your order by hand. When your order comes in, the creation process starts.
Great quality comes with a price. Therefor we have to price our items like we do to maintain great quality. Yes, it is pricier then normal, but you will receive an item of topnotch quality that will last way longer than any other similar item you will purchase from another store.
Plus we use high quality materials. We do not settle for materials that are not up to par or lose it’s vibrancy when stretching. We only work with fabrics and printing techniques that we have seen ourselves. That is why it costs a little more, but it is worth it even more.
What do you charge for shipping?
We think quality should speak for itself. Therefor we do not charge for shipping. This means that for everything you order on Panaprium, shipping is on us!
Customs charged me extra for my delivery.
We are very sorry to hear about the custom fee, however it is beyond our control. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company. Unfortunately some governments randomly pick packages they check and decide to charge extra for import.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused, but there is literally nothing we can do about this.
I did not receive all my items.
To ensure the best quality possible, we work with different factories for our items. E.g. Tops are made in a different factory than leggings. Therefor if you’d order a top and a pair of leggings, you will receive 2 packages.
Where do you ship to?
We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
Keep in mind that everything is hand made just for you (printing, cutting and sewing). Therefor we take about 2-7 business days to create your items. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
Most of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Basically we do everything to get you your order in a timely fashion.
Panaprium is a small and growing business. We do our very best to get our apparel and equipment out to our customers as quickly and affordably as possible.
