Panaprium offers a hassle-free experience with refunds and returns.
Returns and Refunds Policy For Physical Products
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. All orders of physical products cannot be cancelled or changed once they are submitted. As soon as your order is placed, we begin processing it so it's ready as soon as possible.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive, you may request a refund. Please contact us to notify us of your intent to return your purchase with your full name, Order ID number, a copy of your receipt, and the details of all the item(s) you wish to return and why. Our customer service team will then be able to provide you with any details that will assist you in the steps you need to process a return.
We do not issue the refund if:
- 30 days have already past after receiving your order. No exceptions.
- You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item.
- The product is opened or not in its original packaging or has been used.
- You already clicked past the first section in any online course.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Panaprium (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Panaprium.
You can submit refund requests within 30 days of receiving your order. You can do it by contacting us at support@panaprium.com
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Panaprium reserves the right to approve or disapprove every request. By making a purchase, you, the customer have acknowledged and agreed to receive and use the item(s) as they were intended.

Exchanges
Panaprium currently does not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a product, you will need to place a new order via the website. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
