Refunds and Returns

Thank you for shopping at Panaprium.

Panaprium wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, please contact customer care at support@panaprium.com so that we can make it right.

Panaprium offers a hassle-free experience with refunds and returns.

Exchanges

Panaprium currently does not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, you will need to place a new order via the website. A refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receiving your return.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Refunds And Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty physical products.

You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Items can only be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Transit times are not included within this time.

All orders of physical products cannot be cancelled or changed once they are submitted, even before they are shipped. As soon as your order is placed, we begin processing it so it ships out as soon as possible.

Please note, that if the item has been worn, washed or used in any way, your item cannot be replaced due to industry standards on Health and Hygiene and wear and tear (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you.

Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.

We cannot accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.

All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. The items will be subject to inspection upon arrival, if deemed to be unfit for return (worn, washed or used in any way), your item will be refused and returned to sender.

If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Before sending your items back, please contact us to notify us of your intent to return your items with your full name, Order ID number, and the details of all the item(s) you wish to return and why. Our customer service team will then be able to provide you with the returns address and any other details that will assist you in the steps you need to process a return.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We cannot accept returns with that inquiry as we start the creation process with your order.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way.
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault.
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item.
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Panaprium (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, providing the wrong shipping address).
  • And other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Panaprium.

You can submit refund requests within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do it by contacting us at support@panaprium.com

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Any items purchased at an exhibition can only be returned for a like-for-like product or store credit. Panaprium will not be able to provide a cash refund.

Please also ensure that you keep your postal receipt from the post office once your items have been shipped back to us. Your certificate of postage (receipt) will need to be kept in a safe place, as you will need this as proof of your return. If you are unable to present your receipt upon request as proof of postage, Panaprium reserves the right to refuse a refund or issue in-store credit.

If the customer fails to provide a receipt of proof of postage upon request, Panaprium reserves the right to refuse store credit or a refund for the item.

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, Panaprium reserves the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Panaprium is not liable if any loses incurred when returning your item back for replacement. The item is the customers responsibility until it is received back at our facility.

By returning your items, you, the customer have acknowledged and agreed to cover any costs involved in order to ship your items. The returned parcel is the customers responsibility until it is received back at our facility. We are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs which are incurred in using their services.
