Shipping and Delivery
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How are shipping costs calculated?
We will arrange for the products to be delivered in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. We do not cover customs fees that your country may incur on packages.
We can not take any responsibility for delayed orders to any country due to individual custom regulations. Please check with your country’s customs office regarding the import of the products you wish to order.As the buyer, you are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees and other duties. You are responsible for complying with international, national or local laws regulating the importation of products that you may purchase.
If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Panaprium is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, fees and/or any other expenses related to importing the products you order. If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. By ordering you agree to these terms.
How long does shipping take?
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within 20 working days of the date of our order confirmation.
However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 30 days of the later of receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation. Panaprium does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by a third party or for any loss caused by you entering your address incorrectly into our website.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, most of the time, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. But in some rare cases due to a specific shipping provider, tracking may not available.
If an item is not delivered by the courier we use, we will claim a refund from them. We withhold the right to charge your card for the original amount if there is evidence of non co-operation with the courier during their enquiries.
If you have not been present when your order is delivered, the item will be returned to the depot. It is your responsibility to collect the item from the depot within the time frame stated by the courier. If the item is not collected, it will be returned to us.
We will not be held liable for any loss caused by you not collecting an item within the courier’s timeframe. Should a courier charge us for returning an uncollected item, we reserve the right to charge your card with the cost charged to us by the courier for returning the item to us and for despatching the parcel again to your nominated address.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
