    Not original – I’ve seen at least four other “Reasons not to do yoga” articles that list things like “You want to look fat” “You want to look old” “You don’t mind getting sick” blah blah blah.

    I’ll tell you two valid ones:

    1. Yoga makes me nauseated. Literally. I’ve asked several yoga instructors and none had an answer for me.

    2. I can’t stand the way yoga people talk – all the namaste and love and Light… I’ve been down that road, for 27 years, and when you get past it, you realize how fake it all is, like high school once you’ve graduated.

    Sorry, yoga is not for me.
